Automate our customer onboarding email sequence in HubSpotExample listing

We run a B2B project management SaaS with around 200 new signups per month. Our onboarding is currently manual, the team sends welcome and activation emails by hand, which is unsustainable as we scale. We need this fixed with a proper HubSpot automation.

The sequence should be triggered when a new contact signs up via our website form, which already pushes data to HubSpot. The sequence should branch based on the plan selected at signup (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) and send a different set of emails for each track. Each track needs 5-7 touchpoints over the first 14 days, covering welcome, feature highlights, tips, and a check-in email.

We will provide the email copy, we just need the technical implementation in HubSpot, including the enrollment triggers, branch logic, delay settings, and goal tracking. We also want a simple reporting setup so we can see open rates and click rates per email in the sequence.

We are on HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional. All emails should use our existing email templates which are already built in HubSpot.
