Frequently asked questions
Browsing, posting tasks, and messaging are completely free for buyers. Providers pay a 15% commission on completed projects. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges.
When you accept a proposal, payment is processed through Stripe and held in escrow. The provider only receives payment after you review and approve the delivered work. If you don't respond within 3 days of delivery, the order auto-completes.
You can request revisions (the number of rounds is agreed upon in the proposal). If the work fundamentally doesn't match what was agreed, you can open a dispute and our team will mediate.
Providers complete a detailed profile with skills, portfolio, and tools. All reviews come from verified completed orders. We monitor quality and remove providers who consistently underperform.
