Delivering work to buyers

How to deliver completed work with files, links, and delivery notes.

When you have completed the work for an order, you deliver it through the platform using the delivery form. This ensures the buyer receives everything they need and creates a clear record of what was delivered.

How to deliver

Go to your order

Navigate to "Orders" in your provider sidebar and click on the order you want to deliver.

Click "Deliver Order"

On the order detail page, click the "Deliver Order" button to open the delivery form.

Upload files

Drag and drop or click to upload your deliverable files. Each file can be up to 50MB. You can upload multiple files of any type.

Add external links

For files larger than 50MB, add external links from Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or any other file sharing service. Add a descriptive label for each link.

Write a delivery note

Add any instructions, setup steps, credentials, or context the buyer needs to use the delivered work.

Submit

Click "Submit Delivery" to send everything to the buyer. They will be notified by email.

After delivery

Once you deliver, the order status changes to "Delivered" and the buyer can review your work. They will either accept the delivery (releasing your payment) or contact you with feedback.

Include a clear delivery note with any setup instructions or important details. This reduces back-and-forth and helps buyers accept deliveries faster.

Adding to your portfolio

After an order is completed, you can add it to your portfolio directly from the order detail page using the "Add to Portfolio" button. This showcases your real work to future clients.
