Getting paid as a provider
How and when providers receive their payments.
Providers receive payments directly to their connected Stripe account after orders are completed and accepted by the buyer.
Setting up your Stripe account
During provider onboarding (Step 4), you will be asked to connect a Stripe account. If you do not have one, Stripe will guide you through creating one. You will need to provide:
- Your legal name and address
- A bank account for receiving payouts
- Identity verification (required by Stripe for fraud prevention)
Payout timeline
Once an order is marked as complete, the payment (minus commission) is released to your Stripe account. Stripe then transfers the funds to your bank account based on your payout schedule, typically within 2-7 business days depending on your country.
Tracking your earnings
The Earnings page in your provider sidebar shows all your earnings, including pending payments, completed payouts, and your total earnings history.
