How payments work
Overview of the payment flow on ServedByAI.
ServedByAI uses Stripe Connect to handle all payments securely. This means your money is protected throughout the entire transaction process.
Payment flow
Buyer pays at checkout
When a buyer accepts a proposal or orders a service, they pay through Stripe. The payment is collected and held securely.
Work is completed
The provider completes the work and delivers it through the platform.
Buyer accepts delivery
The buyer reviews the delivered work and marks the order as complete.
Provider gets paid
Once the order is marked complete, the payment is released to the provider minus the platform commission.
Supported payment methods
Buyers can pay using all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe in their region. All payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
Payments are held securely until work is delivered and accepted. This protects both buyers (you get what you paid for) and providers (you get paid for your work).
