Dispute resolution

How disputes between buyers and providers are handled.

We understand that disagreements can happen. ServedByAI provides a structured dispute resolution process to help resolve issues fairly.

When to open a dispute

You should open a dispute when:

  • The delivered work does not match the agreed-upon requirements
  • The provider has not delivered within the agreed timeline and is unresponsive
  • The work quality is significantly below what was promised
  • You believe there has been a misunderstanding about the scope of work

Dispute process

1

Open a dispute

From the order page, click "Open Dispute" and describe the issue in detail. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence.

2

Both parties respond

Both the buyer and provider are notified and given the opportunity to share their perspective.

3

ServedByAI reviews

Our team reviews all communication, the original agreement, and the delivered work to make a fair decision.

4

Resolution

Based on the review, we will propose a resolution which may include a full refund, partial refund, or release of payment to the provider.

Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. Before opening a dispute, try messaging the other party to discuss the problem. Many disagreements stem from miscommunication and can be resolved quickly.
